Pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation no. 679 of 2016, the processing of the personal data of the Data Subject, acquired to allow him/her to use the training course delivered by the Data Controller, will be carried out according to principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of confidentiality.

Purposes of data processing and legal basis

The purpose of the data processing is:

  • to enable the Data Subject to take the training course, and enable the Data Controller to correctly manage the course itself. The data processing is necessary for the execution of the contract of which the Data Subject is a party or for the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted at the request of the same Data Subject, pursuant to art. 6, par. 1, lett. b) of the EU Reg. 679/2016;
  • to detect the experience of use of our platforms, the products and services that we offer, and ensure the proper functioning of the web pages and their contents. The data processing is necessary for the pursuit of the legitimate interest of the Data Controller pursuant to art. 6, par. 1, lett. f) of the EU Reg. 679/2016.

Categories of personal data included in this information

The personal data processed by the Data Controller include:

  • browsing data, such as IP addresses, log data or domain names and other parameters relating to the computer, operating system and IT environment used;
  • personal data communicated spontaneously by the Data Subject: that is, all personal data provided by the Data Subject through the platform, for example, by registering or writing to an e-mail address of ours to request information.

Recipients and categories of data recipients and data transfer

For the pursuit of the purposes described, the Data Controller reserves the right to communicate the data to third parties in the event that this is provided for by national law or by the European Union, such as, by way of example:

  • professional firms or companies in the context of assistance and consultancy relationships;
  • supervisory authorities and, in general, subjects, public or private, with functions of public relevance;
  • subjects that carry out checks, audits and certification of the activities carried out by the Data Controller.

The personal data provided by the Data Subject will not be disseminated.

The data will be processed within the European Union, and stored on servers located within the European Union.


Processing methods and data retention period

The processing of the data will be carried out in an automated and / or manual form, in compliance with the provisions of art. 32 of the EU Reg. 679/2016.

In compliance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation and data minimization, pursuant to art. 5 of EU Reg. 679/2016, the personal data will be kept for the period of time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are collected and processed. Specifically, data relating to navigation logs, if registered, will be retained by the Data Controller for a period of 14 months.

The data provided by the user and related to the contractual purpose will be processed for the duration of the existing contractual relationship, and further stored exclusively for the period required for the fulfilment of legal obligations, provided that it is not necessary to further keep them to defend or to assert a right or to comply with any orders from the Authorities.


Provision of data

For the sole contractual purposes the provision of data is a necessary requirement. Failure to provide them entails the impossibility to execute the contract or the pre-contractual measures adopted at the request of the Data Subject.

Rights of the Data Subject

Without prejudice to the conditions and limits established by the EU Reg. 679/2016, the Data Subject has the right to access personal data and the information contained (Article 15 of EU Reg. 679/2016), to request correction (Article 16 of EU Reg. 679/2016), to request the cancellation (Article 17 of EU Reg. 679/2016), to obtain the limitation of processing (Article 18 of EU Reg. 679/2016), to oppose the processing (Article 21 of EU Reg. 679/2016).
